Role Summary:
Responsible for managing all company-related activities for multiple principals/brands handled by the distribution agency. The role includes purchase order management, inventory control, stock planning, damage and claim processing, account reconciliation, and coordination with company representatives to ensure smooth distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders based on stock requirements and sales trends.
- Coordinate with multiple companies/suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, schemes, and operational matters.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Analyze stock movement and recommend replenishment requirements.
- Handle damaged goods, shortage claims, expiry claims, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, and returns.
- Reconcile company accounts, debit notes, credit notes, and outstanding claims.
- Prepare reports on sales, stock status, claims, and company performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and distribution procedures.
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Follow up on pending orders, claims, and account settlements with companies.
