Responsibilities and Duties
AutoCAD
3D
Photoshop
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project)
Team Lead managing project deliverables, staff, and consultants.
Ability to: Interpret program requirements, develop block plans, adjacency diagrams and detailed designs.
Coordinate all trades throughout the design and construction process.
Complete business and project forms, understanding contracts for services.
Survey building interiors.
Resourceful in able to obtain project information; fabrics, furniture, architectural elements.
Prepare plans, specifications and bid packages.
Develop detailed furniture plans specifications and bid packages.
Develop project schedules.
Develop documentation at an excellent production level.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant field, AutoCAD and 3d skillset are mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
