Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Café Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage management, team leadership, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day café operations and staff performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
- Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent quality and service
- Monitor sales, control costs, and help meet revenue targets
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and customer service best practices
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of inventory software
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed
