About The Role
Daruwallas is looking for a highly dependable, execution-focused, and ownership-driven Chief of Staff who will work directly with the Founder to drive operations, recruitment coordination, execution management, business follow-ups, internal accountability, and strategic support across multiple verticals.
This is not a passive desk role. This position is for someone who can operate in a high-responsibility environment, manage moving priorities, maintain operational control, ensure execution discipline across teams, and act as an extension of the Founder’s office.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, mentally sharp, responsive, capable of handling pressure, and comfortable taking ownership of business-critical activities.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office & Executive Coordination
- Work directly with the Founder on daily business operations, priorities, and execution
- Manage critical follow-ups, pending tasks, reminders, commitments, and coordination activities
- Ensure smooth communication flow between management, teams, clients, recruiters, and vendors
- Track business deliverables and ensure deadlines are achieved without delays
- Assist in decision implementation and execution monitoring across departments
- Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, presentations, and operational summaries for management
- Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams for execution accountability
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operational coordination across recruitment and support functions
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, delays, and execution failures proactively
- Ensure internal systems, workflows, and reporting structures are functioning efficiently
- Monitor team productivity, task completion, and operational discipline
- Support process improvement and implementation of operational systems
- Maintain high levels of responsiveness and execution efficiency across departments
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
- Coordinate closely with recruitment teams for hiring execution and closure tracking
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, candidate movement, interview schedules, and joining status
- Ensure recruiters maintain proper follow-ups and hiring momentum
- Assist in hiring coordination for strategic and operational positions whenever required
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring dashboards
Client & Communication Management
- Handle high-level client coordination and operational communication professionally
- Draft professional emails, updates, follow-ups, and internal communication
- Ensure timely escalation of critical operational or client-related concerns
- Maintain strong communication discipline across all channels including calls, WhatsApp, and email
Systems, Reporting & Administrative Oversight
- Maintain MIS reports, operational trackers, documentation, and business records
- Coordinate with IT vendors, support teams, and backend operational resources
- Ensure company systems, portals, spreadsheets, and operational tools are properly managed
- Maintain confidentiality of business operations, internal discussions, and management decisions
Ownership & Leadership Expectations
- Take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities and execution outcomes
- Operate with urgency, accountability, and strong problem-solving ability
- Be highly responsive during operational requirements, including beyond office hours when necessary
- Handle pressure, multiple priorities, and fast-moving operational demands effectively
- Bring structure, discipline, and execution focus into day-to-day business activities
- Think proactively instead of waiting for instructions for every task
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong leadership coordination and follow-up abilities
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, reporting, documentation, and email communication
- Strong operational thinking and multitasking capability
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and execution accountability
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and business sensitivity

Important Note
This role is designed for candidates seeking long-term growth into business operations, leadership coordination, and strategic execution. The selected candidate will become a critical part of the Founder’s Office and play a key role in ensuring operational stability, accountability, and execution across the organization.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
