Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, achieving sales targets, and representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
