Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and business-savvy Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to provide strategic and administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in business planning, research, and decision-making by gathering insights and preparing reports.
- Business Operations: Assist in monitoring key business metrics, analyzing performance data, and suggesting improvements.
- Project Management: Track critical projects, ensure deadlines are met, and provide periodic updates to the CEO.
- Confidentiality Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Calendar Meeting Management: Manage the CEO s schedule, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective time management.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, clients, and senior leadership.
- Communication Documentation: Draft emails, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes on behalf of the CEO.
- Travel Event Coordination: Arrange travel, itineraries, and logistics for business meetings and events.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an EA to senior leadership, preferably in a tech-driven company.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
