Requirements:
● Basic knowledge of manufacturing or production processes
● Understanding of engineering drawings and work instructions
● Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
● Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer applications
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
● Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
● Knowledge of 5S or basic quality concepts is an added advantage
● Academic projects, internships, or workshop experience in engineering will be preferred
Responsibilities:
● Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes
● Prepare and maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow
charts
● Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
● Work closely with Quality and Production teams to ensure process compliance and product quality
● Support process validation and ensure consistency in output quality
● Monitor process performance and implement improvements for cycle time reduction and
productivity enhancement
● Investigate process-related issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
● Support new product introduction (NPI) by establishing robust manufacturing processes
● Train operators and technicians on process standards and best practices
● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and cost reduction
projects
● Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹1,339,225.25 per month
