Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms
- Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and deal closures
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client database
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Sales (mandatory — non-IT profiles will not be considered)
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn for lead generation
- Strong skills in bidding, proposal writing, and client communication
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong email drafting and follow-up management abilities
- Ability to work with international clients
- Good understanding of IT services and digital project sales lifecycle
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
