Job Title: Quality Head – Rotogravure Cylinder

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead the quality department for our rotogravure cylinder manufacturing operations. The candidate must have strong experience in quality control, inspection, and process improvement specifically in the rotogravure cylinder industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete quality control process for rotogravure cylinder production.
- Ensure input vs output quality checks at every stage of production.
- Develop and implement quality standards, SOPs, and inspection processes.
- Identify and resolve quality defects, engraving issues, and production errors.
- Work closely with production, prepress, and plating teams to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor customer complaints and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and guide the quality inspection team.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in rotogravure cylinder manufacturing quality.
- Strong knowledge of engraving, plating, polishing, and cylinder inspection.
- Ability to identify defects in cylinder quality and printing output.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in handling customer quality standards in packaging/printing industry.
