Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain services and generate leads/sales
- Handle customer queries politely
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic phone handling & confidence in speaking
- Ability to convince customers
- Prior experience is a plus (freshers can apply)
