Position: Finance & Billing Manager (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project billing, invoicing, and client collections.
- Prepare and verify running bills, final bills, and payment reconciliations.
- Monitor project cash flow and oversee fund management.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with project, accounts, and site teams for timely billing and payment follow-ups.
- Track receivables and ensure timely collections from clients.
- Review project costs and maintain financial records.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for quantity verification and billing.
- Support tender estimation and costing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial progress reports for management.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project billing and finance.
- Strong knowledge of project billing, estimation, collections, and fund management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing documentation.
- Good understanding of HVAC/MEP systems and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
