Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in Pharma, Retail, or OTC industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, distributor coordination, sales tracking, MIS reporting, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, team coordination ability, and experience in handling secondary sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned category/territory.
Drive product placement, visibility, and order volume from retailers and distributors.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure consistent business growth.
2. Market Expansion
Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Increase category penetration in the marketplace.
Execute market activation plans and promotional strategies.
3. Relationship Management
Maintain strong business relationships with
retailers and channel partners.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and
escalations promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Team Management (if applicable)
Guide and lead a team of Sales
Executives/TSMs.
Provide training, performance feedback, and
daily market planning.
5. Market Intelligence
Collect competitor insights, pricing updates,
and market trends.
Recommend strategies to improve category
performance and pricing.
6. Operations & Compliance
Ensure accurate order processing, timely
collections, and adherence to credit policies.
Coordinate with supply chain/logistics for
smooth delivery operations.
Maintain records, MIS reports, and sales
dashboards.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
