Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting work, including bank entries and ledger maintenance
- Visit banks regularly for official work, documentation, follow-ups, and submissions
- Manage banking and finance-related activities efficiently
- Perform routine banking operations such as deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations
- Draft, track, and ensure timely Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance, follow-up, and submission
- Regular follow-up with banks and financial institutions for approvals and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to banking transactions
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce
- Experience in Accounts & Banking operations preferred
- Good understanding of bank processes and documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally / Accounting software
- Willingness to visit banks frequently as part of the role
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
