Job Description
Dave Springs & Engg Co is looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Helpers/Workers to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. No prior experience is required. Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in production and manufacturing activities.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the factory.
- Support machine operators and supervisors as required.
- Perform packing, sorting, and material handling tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
- Follow company safety rules and work instructions.
- Carry out any other factory-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- No specific educational qualification required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.

Working Hours
- 12-hour shift duty.
- Weekly off as per company policy.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹ 12000 - 15000 per month.
