Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings. The Architect will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects that meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design: Develop architectural designs and concepts that meet client requirements while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
- Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to discuss project needs, goals, and specifications. Provide updates and ensure that the project aligns with their vision.
- Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Site Analysis: Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary data for design development.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design and construction issues during the project lifecycle.
- Sustainability: Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices where possible.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Strong creative, visual, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
