Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support – Broking Sales Executive to handle client queries, support trading activities, and contribute to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to broking services
- Assist clients with account opening, trading, and investment processes
- Generate leads and support broking sales activities
- Maintain good client relationships
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Follow up with existing and potential clients
Requirements
- Experience in stock broking / financial services preferred
- Customer handling and sales experience required
- Basic knowledge of investment products and trading
- Good communication skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
