Job Summary
The Ice Cream Shop Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling ice cream products, maintaining store cleanliness, handling billing transactions, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. The role requires a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting ice cream flavors, desserts, and combo offers.
- Promote special offers, seasonal products, and new menu items to increase sales.
- Understand customer preferences and provide product recommendations.
- Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Process customer orders accurately through the billing system.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash collections.
Product Presentation
- Ensure ice cream displays, toppings, and serving counters are attractive and well-stocked.
- Monitor product freshness and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow proper portioning and serving standards.
Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop, seating area, and serving counters.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures.
- Support inventory checks and stock replenishment activities.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist colleagues during peak business hours and special events.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and energetic personality.
- Basic computer and billing/POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- High School/PUC/Any Graduate.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, café, or ice cream shop is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
