Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property leads.
- Meet prospective buyers and explain project details.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close property sales.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in real estate, insurance, banking, automobile, or direct sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Dharwad real estate market is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
