The Virtual CFO is responsible for providing strategic financial advisory services to business owners, helping them improve profitability, manage cash flow, and make informed business decisions.
The role requires strong accounting expertise, commercial acumen, client relationship management, and advanced financial reporting skills.
Financial Advisory & Strategic Support Act as the primary financial advisor for a portfolio of clients.
Provide strategic financial guidance for business growth and profitability.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and financial planning.
Identify business risks and opportunities for improvement.
Support informed commercial and financial decision-making.
Management Reporting & Analysis Prepare and present monthly management reports. Analyse financial and operational performance metrics.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Monitor business performance and recommend improvements.
Deliver actionable financial insights.
Cash Flow & Financial Management Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.
Assist with working capital management and cash flow planning. Identify cash flow risks and recommend solutions.
Support investment, financing, and growth decisions.
Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with clients.
Lead financial review meetings with business owners.
Present financial information in a clear, practical manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
Systems & Process Improvement Maintain advanced knowledge of Xero and related applications.
Improve accounting processes and reporting efficiencies.
Recommend and implement technology solutions.
Support system integrations and workflow improvements.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in management accounting, business advisory,
Strong experience working with Australian businesses, particularly SMEs. Advanced experience with Xero, including reporting and forecasting.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications CA, CPA, or MBA Finance with relevant expereince
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
