Position: Sales Team Leader

Salary : 30-35k In hand
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure market coverage.
- Guide team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company schemes, promotions, and visibility activities.
- Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably FMCG.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field work.
