Position: Production Supervisor
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage the production team, and ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
- Manage and guide production staff to achieve production targets.
- Ensure product quality and timely order completion.
- Monitor workflow and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain production reports and records.
- Ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth production processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Ability to work under deadlines and solve production-related challenges.
- Experience in gifting, printing, manufacturing, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
