Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Delivery Partners to join our growing team. The Delivery Partner will be responsible for picking up and delivering food and grocery orders to customers in a timely and professional manner while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from assigned store/restaurant locations.
- Deliver orders to customers safely and on time.
- Ensure proper handling of food and grocery items during transit.
- Verify order details before delivery.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a professional and courteous behavior with customers.
- Collect payments (if applicable) and update delivery status in the app/system.
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid Driving License (Two-wheeler).
- Own bike with valid RC and insurance.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Basic knowledge of local routes.
- Good communication skills.
