Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification & Area Coverage
- Plan and schedule daily field routes for the assigned area and inform the Sales Manager.
- Visit the assigned area to identify potential customers from construction sites, residential projects, and commercial locations.
- Meet customers directly to understand their requirements.
- If direct meetings are not possible, collect contact details from the neighborhood and follow up.
- Customer Interaction & Requirement Analysis
- Introduce the company and its products clearly and professionally.
- Understand and document customer requirements accurately.
- Build and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and builders.
- CRM Update & Documentation
- Update all lead details in the CRM system, including customer information and site photographs.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry for all field interactions.
- Lead Classification & Coordination
- Classify leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on potential and readiness.
- Share qualified lead details with the telecalling team for follow-up.
- Coordinate regularly with internal teams to support lead conversion.
- Sales Support & Follow-Up
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups, quotations, and order processing when required.
- Provide post-visit feedback and updates to the Sales Manager for planning and strategy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
