Role Summary
The Senior Operations Associate – Catalog Management will be responsible for end-to-end catalog operations across Reward 360's rewards platforms. The role involves product onboarding, catalog maintenance, pricing and MRP management, inventory coordination, data quality checks and process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless product availability and an enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Catalog Management

Create, update, and maintain product catalogs across multiple platforms and portals.

Manage product onboarding, including product attributes, descriptions, images, specifications, HSN codes, GST details, and categorization.

Ensure catalog data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Perform periodic catalog audits and resolve data discrepancies.
Product & Pricing Operations

Manage MRP revisions, price updates, and SKU activations/deactivations.

Coordinate product lifecycle management, including EOL (End of Life) products.

Ensure timely implementation of business and pricing changes across platforms.
Data Quality & Compliance

Conduct quality checks before product go-live.

Maintain compliance with internal catalog standards and marketplace requirements.

Ensure accurate product mapping and ERP code management.
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Category, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Vendor teams for smooth catalog operations.

Coordinate with external partners and vendors for catalog-related activities.

Track and close operational requests within agreed timelines.
Reporting & Process Improvement

Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.

Analyze catalog performance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Participate in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Support testing and validation activities for system enhancements and new feature rollouts.
Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in Catalog Management, E-commerce Operations, Product Data Management, or related operations roles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Validation, Reporting).

Experience working with ERP systems, catalog management tools, and bulk product uploads.

Good understanding of pricing, inventory management, HSN codes, and GST.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Experience

Experience in Rewards, Loyalty, Gift Cards, or E-commerce industry.

Exposure to catalog automation initiatives and system integrations.

Experience handling large product catalogs and multiple vendor relationships.
