As a Catalog Management Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of R360's rewards catalog. You will work closely with the Operations, Category, Technology, Finance, and Vendor teams to ensure that product information is accurate, up to date, and available across our platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and Excel, and interested in e-commerce, operations, and product management.

Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product catalogs across multiple platforms and portals.

Support product onboarding by updating product names, descriptions, images, specifications, categories, and other product attributes.

Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and consistent.

Perform regular checks on catalog data and identify missing or incorrect information.

Support bulk product uploads and updates as required.

Assist with product price and MRP updates.

Support SKU activation and deactivation activities.
-
Maintain product and pricing trackers and ensure changes are updated within timelines.

Support product lifecycle activities, including discontinued or End-of-Life (EOL) products.

Perform basic quality checks before products go live.

Identify discrepancies in product information and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.

Assist in maintaining accurate product codes, categories, and mappings.

Follow internal catalog and data-quality processes.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Category, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Vendor Management.

Follow up with vendors and partners for missing or updated product information.

Track operational requests and ensure they are closed within the required timelines.

Maintain trackers and documentation for ongoing catalog activities.

Prepare basic MIS reports and Excel trackers.

Use Excel to analyse and validate catalog data.

Identify repetitive or manual processes and suggest ways to improve them.

Support testing and validation of catalog-related system changes and new features.

0–1 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and basic data validation.

Good attention to detail and accuracy when working with large amounts of data.

Basic understanding of e-commerce, product catalogs, or online marketplaces is a plus.

Familiarity with dashboards, MIS reporting, or data-cleaning activities.
