Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for precision manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, loading materials, running production operations, and ensuring components are manufactured according to required specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC turning, milling, or machining center machines.
- Set up machines, tools, and workpieces according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure accurate production.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.).
- Maintain quality standards and reduce production errors.
- Perform regular machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production schedules.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in CNC machine operation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens controllers) is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and measuring tools.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
Freshers can apply / 1–2 years of CNC operation experience preferred.
