Position: Bakery Chef
Company: Sugartown Candy Factory
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other bakery products as per company recipes.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor ingredient stock and minimize wastage.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
- Follow production schedules and company SOPs.
- Support new product development when required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Pastry preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in a bakery, café, hotel, or food production unit.
- Good knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
