Job Responsibilities
- Handle manufacturing activities for oral liquid formulations, including syrups, suspensions and oral solutions.
- Execute production activities as per approved BMR/BPR, SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor dispensing, compounding, mixing, homogenization, filtration and filling operations.
- Ensure proper line clearance, equipment readiness and area cleanliness before starting production.
- Monitor process parameters, batch yield and production output.
- Complete BMR/BPR and other production documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering departments.
- Manage manpower allocation and ensure smooth production activities during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, safety and hygiene requirements.
- Report and support investigation of deviations, breakdowns and process-related issues.
- Minimize rejection, wastage and production losses.
- Support audits, validation and qualification activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Oral Liquid Formulation manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Knowledge of liquid manufacturing and filling equipment.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Candidates from Pharma Formulation manufacturing will be preferred.
Work Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
