Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve sales targets
- Handle dealer and client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate with construction companies and contractors
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Any Degree / MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years sales experience
- Construction materials / cement / blue metals sales background preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Must be willing to travel for field sales
