About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, integrations, and implementation across multiple business functions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work closely with functional consultants and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Handle end-to-end Odoo implementation, technical design, and deployment activities.
- Customize existing Odoo applications and develop new modules.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, and external applications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Work closely with functional consultants to understand and deliver client requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases and server-side configurations related to Odoo.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Odoo development (Community and/or Enterprise versions).
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, QWeb, and workflows.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Good knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience in module development, customization, and migration.
- Understanding of Linux server environment and deployment processes.
- Experience with Git/version control systems.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working in ERP implementation projects.
- Exposure to manufacturing, SCM, finance, HR, or sales modules is an added advantage.
- Ability to independently handle technical tasks and client interactions.
Important Criteria
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Mysore office full-time.
- No remote or hybrid work option is available for this role.
- Candidates serving notice period beyond 30 days will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
