Job Title: Hotel Reservation Executive
Location: Manas Lifestyle Resort- Igatpuri
Reports To: Reservations Manager
Position Overview:
The Hotel Reservation Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of guest room reservations to ensure a seamless booking experience. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing bookings, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management:
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Process and confirm bookings, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with hotel policies.
- Ensure accuracy of all reservations, including room types, rates, and special requests.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to reservations.
- Assist guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, sales) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with team members to relay important reservation details and special requests.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations.
- Generate reports on reservation trends, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and occupancy reports as needed.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell room categories, amenities, and packages.
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Technology and Systems:
- Utilize hotel reservation software and other related systems efficiently.
- Stay updated with system changes and enhancements.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to reservations, cancellations, and privacy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer service roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
- On sight at Igatpuri.
- May require working shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hotel operational needs.
