We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team.
✅ Key Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
- Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Employee Relations
- Strong HR Documentation & Drafting Skills
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Experience in handling audits and compliance activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience: 3–5 Years
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
