Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch Planning as per PPC Schedule
- Execute dispatches according to PPC plan and customer delivery schedules
- Prioritize orders based on urgency, customer requirements, and production completion
- Align dispatch schedules with daily/weekly production plans
2. Order Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with PPC team for order release and dispatch clearance
- Follow up with production to ensure order completion on time
- Coordinate with stores/warehouse for material picking and packing
3. Documentation & System Updates
- Prepare and verify:
- Invoice
- Delivery Challan
- E-way Bill
- Update dispatch details in ERP (SAP / Oracle / Tally)
- Maintain dispatch MIS reports for PPC review
4. Inventory & Material Readiness
- Ensure availability of finished goods as per dispatch plan
- Coordinate for pending items, shortages, or backorders
- Ensure correct part number, batch, and quantity before dispatch
5. Logistics Coordination
- Arrange vehicles as per dispatch plan
- Coordinate with transporters for timely placement
- Monitor dispatch timelines to avoid delays in delivery commitments
6. PPC Reporting & Monitoring
- Share daily dispatch status with PPC team
- Highlight delays, bottlenecks, or production gaps
- Maintain reports like:
- Pending dispatch orders
- Completed vs planned dispatch
- Delay analysis
7. Customer & Internal Coordination
- Share dispatch details with sales/customer (if required)
- Coordinate with sales team for priority orders
- Handle urgent or rescheduled dispatches
8. Compliance & Quality Checks
- Ensure proper packing and labeling as per standards
- Follow FIFO / batch control as per PPC instructions
- Ensure no dispatch without proper approval
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of PPC processes in manufacturing
- Knowledge of automobile spare parts / SKUs
- ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle preferred)
- Good coordination & planning skills
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and dispatch documentation
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
Qualification:
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any Degree)
- Diploma/Certification in Production / Supply Chain (preferred)
Experience:
- 2–5 years in PPC / Dispatch / Manufacturing industry (Automobile preferred)
