Head Barista – WUSH Coffee & Tea
WUSH is a specialty coffee house focused on serving exceptional coffee, tea, and a carefully curated beverage experience. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista who has strong knowledge of specialty coffee and can lead our bar operations.
What we expect:
- Strong understanding of espresso preparation, extraction, dialing-in, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Hands-on knowledge of manual brewing techniques such as V60, Siphon, Pour Over, AeroPress, French Press, Moka Pot, etc.
- Good knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing parameters, grind size, water, and coffee origins.
- Knowledge and interest in tea and specialty tea preparation is a plus.
- Ability to maintain consistency, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness at the bar.
- Capable of training and guiding junior baristas and maintaining high service standards.
- Good communication skills, a professional attitude, and a genuine passion for coffee.
- Ability to contribute to menu development and experiment with new coffee and beverage recipes.
Experience: in specialty coffee / premium café operations preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
