Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to provide software installation, technical support, troubleshooting, and client assistance. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support software applications
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote support
- Troubleshoot software, system, and user-related issues
- Maintain and update customer databases and support tickets
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues
- Conduct software testing and user training when required
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical problems
- Prepare technical documentation and service reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience in software support or technical service preferred
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Networking, SQL, or cloud applications
- Good communication and customer support skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
