Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (Male & Female) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Explain company products/services to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Attend meetings, presentations, and networking events when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any stream preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
