Kedia Pavitra LLP is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Backend Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and performance of our website's backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring website reliability, security, scalability, and seamless integration with databases and third-party services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the website's backend architecture.
- Manage databases, APIs, and server-side applications.
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements for speed and scalability.
- Ensure website security by applying industry best practices and regular updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in a timely manner.
- Integrate third-party tools, payment gateways, and external services as required.
- Maintain regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement new features.
- Document backend processes, system configurations, and technical updates.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in backend web development or website management.
- Proficiency in one or more backend technologies such as PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux servers, and web hosting environments.
- Knowledge of website security, performance optimization, and backup strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and e-commerce integrations.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
