Reformedia, a top-tier personal branding and digital marketing agency in India, is looking for a Performance Marketer to drive high-ROI digital campaigns for Founders, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals. If you're data-driven and have expertise in running paid ad campaigns, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI, conversions, and lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage budgets and allocate spending effectively across digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, PPC strategies, and advertising tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data tracking tools.
- Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
