As we expand our operations, we are looking for a driven Business Development Associate (BDA) who understands IT services sales and can help us build meaningful client relationships.
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our expansion, identifying new business opportunities and connecting with key decision-makers. You will be pitching our dual expertise—cybersecurity services like VAPT, alongside custom digital engineering solutions—to help businesses launch faster, remain compliant, reduce risk, and build customer trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients within high-priority industries, including Fintech, SaaS, Healthcare, E-commerce, and AI.
- Pitching Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of our core offerings, such as Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Web/API Security Testing, and Secure Application Development.
- Sales Cycle Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process from initial contact and qualification to proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients by acting as a trusted consultant who understands their pain points, compliance requirements, and business goals.
- Market Strategy: Conduct market research to identify gaps, keep up with industry trends, and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B Business Development, IT Sales, or Tech Consulting (experience selling cybersecurity or software engineering services is highly preferred).
Core Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Aptitude for translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for founders and executives.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable managing your own schedule in a fully remote work environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
