Job Title: Social Media Ads Manager
Location: Noida
Experience: 2–5 Years (Digital Agency preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), X (Twitter) and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.
- Develop media plans based on client objectives and budgets.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM parameters.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and client servicing teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Stay updated with platform features, ad policies, and digital advertising trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, preferably in a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of search, display, video, shopping, lead generation, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
