Talent Acquisition Executive
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused TA Executive to support and scale frontline hiring across goStops hostels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume hiring, working closely with operations teams, and building strong local hiring pipelines.
You will play a key role in ensuring our hostels are fully staffed with high-quality talent across
operations and guest-facing roles.
What You’ll Do
● Manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and operations roles across hostels, including:
○ Hostel Managers
○ Guest Experience Executives
○ Housekeeping Staff
○ Kitchen Staff
○ Maintenance Teams
● Source candidates through:
○ Job portals
○ Local hiring channels
○ Vendor networks
○ Campus partnerships
○ Referral programs
● Coordinate interviews and drive fast closures for high-volume hiring requirements.
● Build relationships with hospitality institutes, diploma colleges, and skilling centers for
campus hiring initiatives.
● Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment dashboards.
● Partner closely with Operations and City Teams to understand manpower requirements
and hiring priorities.
● Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
● Support hiring drives and travel to locations when required.
What We’re Looking For
● 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment coordination.
● Experience in hiring for frontline, operations, hospitality, retail, QSR, or blue/grey-collar
roles is preferred.
● Strong sourcing and coordination skills.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
● Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
● Strong ownership and execution mindset.
● Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining hiring data.
● Willingness to travel occasionally for hiring drives and campus activities.
