Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 3+ years of experience who can handle projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design concepts
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation
- Work on space planning, material selection, and detailing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (Revit is a plus)
- Strong design sense and practical knowledge of execution
- Good communication and client-handling skills
