We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing team and contribute to innovative ERP projects across various industries.
Job Summary
The Senior Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Odoo development, Python programming, database management, client interaction, and functional consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules and applications.
- Design and implement new features based on business requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, and external applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Odoo implementations.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution discussions.
- Handle client interactions and provide functional and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and provide suitable Odoo functional solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support ERP implementation, module configuration, testing, and user training.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain coding standards.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Odoo framework customization and module development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Experience with Odoo 15 and newer versions.
- Good understanding of Odoo functional modules and business processes.
- Experience in client handling, stakeholder communication, and requirement gathering.
- Ability to work as a Techno-Functional Consultant and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo.sh deployment.
- Knowledge of AWS or cloud deployment environments.
- Exposure to ERPNext or other ERP platforms.
- Understanding of business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
