Job Summary
The Office Administration Executive is responsible for managing daily office operations, handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments for efficient functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Handle incoming & outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, couriers)
- Maintain office registers and databases
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Coordinate with HR for employee data management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
- Manage office supplies and stationery
- Handle vendor coordination (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
- Prepare daily/weekly monthly reports
- Maintain MIS reports and data tracking
- Assist in audit and compliance documentation
- Assist in invoice preparation and record keeping
- Maintain petty cash records
- Coordinate with accounts for payments and bills
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Handle client communication (if required)
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
