Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor management, and distribution activities to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of products. The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Forecast demand and coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods while minimizing costs.
- Analyze supply chain performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize ERP systems and supply chain management software to improve operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree ( Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field) is required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
