Av Digital Hub is looking for a Client Handling & Telecaller Executive who can communicate effectively with clients and manage inquiries professionally.
Position: Client Handling / Telecaller Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle clients politely and professionally.
