We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the accounting and financial operations of our US Logistics business while ensuring compliance with Indian statutory and accounting requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in bookkeeping, taxation, payroll compliance and financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements, including EPF and ESI filings and compliance, GST return preparation and filing, TDS calculations, deductions and return filing, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory compliances
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor expenses and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Tally
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, data analysis and report preparation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
