Key Responsibilities
- Assist Research Engineers and Scientists during laboratory experiments, device fabrication, and testing activities.
- Prepare laboratory equipment, consumables, chemicals, substrates, and materials required for experiments.
- Set up laboratory workstations before experiments and restore the laboratory to its designated condition after completion.
- Operate laboratory equipment and instruments after receiving appropriate training and authorization, following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and calibration support for laboratory equipment as instructed.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, equipment usage, and maintenance logs.
- Support other laboratory and facility-related activities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or mechanical systems.
- Ability to operate laboratory instruments after training.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) for maintaining records.
- Willingness to learn new laboratory techniques and equipment.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following environments will be preferred:
- Research & Development laboratories
- Manufacturing facilities
- Electronics or semiconductor industry
- Cleanroom operations
- Solar, battery, materials science, or advanced manufacturing laboratories
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
