Core Roles & Responsibilities:
- Group Ticketing & Management: Handle end-to-end ticketing processes—booking, issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds—for both domestic and international MICE events.
- GDS Proficiency: Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to secure flights, manage seat allocations, and handle complex itineraries.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams to secure special group fares and seat confirmations.
- Itinerary & Documentation: Manage travel documentation, including visa inquiries, travel insurance, and ensuring all passenger details are accurate.
- Client Support: Provide pre-departure and post-trip support, including managinglast-minute changes, flight modifications, and emergency rebooking.
- Quality & Financial Control: Ensure accuracy of travel documents, maintain up-to-date ticketing records, and process invoices
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
