MISSPRINT is a fast-growing Indian women's ethnic wear label - hand-crafted prints, kurta sets and co-ords - with company-owned stores in Jaipur, Hyderabad, Delhi, Gurugram, Chandigarh and Mumbai, plus a strong online business. We are hiring a Sales Executive for our Banjara Hills store in Hyderabad.
About the role
You are the face of the brand on the floor. You greet every walk-in, understand what she is shopping for, style her, and close the sale. This is a target-linked role: your own billed sales are tracked on the POS and you earn an incentive on top of your fixed salary every month.
What you will do
Greet and attend to every customer who walks in; never let a walk-in leave unattended
Understand the customer's occasion, size and budget, and recommend the right styles
Style and cross-sell to build the full look (kurta, bottom, dupatta, add-ons)
Handle trial room, size exchange and fit guidance confidently
Bill accurately on the POS and capture the customer's phone number for our loyalty programme
Maintain visual merchandising, size-set replenishment and floor hygiene
Support stock counts, inward and outward of goods, and store audits
Follow up with past customers on WhatsApp for new arrivals and offers
Hit your personal monthly sales target and contribute to the store target
Who we are looking for
1 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in apparel, ethnic wear or fashion
Fluent Telugu and Hindi; working English
Comfortable with a POS/billing system and a smartphone
Presentable, well-groomed and genuinely warm with customers
Willing to work retail hours including weekends and festival season, with a rotational weekly off
Knowledge of fabrics, prints and Indian sizing is a plus

Fixed monthly salary plus a monthly sales incentive on your own billed sales, with an additional share of the store bonus pool when the store hits target
