About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Sintex Water Tanks and PVC/CPVC Pipes across Tambaram and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, capable of generating new business, and building long-term relationships with dealers, retailers, plumbers, builders, contractors, and end customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, plumbers, builders, contractors, and project sites daily.
- Promote and sell Sintex Water Tanks and PVC/CPVC Pipes.
- Identify new customers and generate business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely order conversion.
- Coordinate with the office team for order processing and delivery.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Building Materials, Water Tanks, Pipes, Sanitary, Hardware, Construction Materials, or FMCG preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales can also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must know Tamil; basic English communication is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tambaram and nearby market areas.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
